Vintage fabric I found in my parent’s attic in Indiana…

I had started this recon in H.S. but never got around to finishing it…
(Like sooooo many projects lol)
It used to be a two layer sheath-dress,
but I thought it would look better as a skirt/cover-up.
Jus LOVE that gold lace!!!
