Now that the Holidays are finally over and all the gifts have been given,
I feel it’s safe to post images of the crafts
without worrying about giving away the surprise!!!
I got two new silicon resin molds as Christmas presents for myself (pictured above)
so that I could make presents for others!!!
When using objects you want to embed in your resin,
it’s best to coat the object in resin first to minimize bubbles.
After removing the cured pieces from the mold,
I used a nail fie to finish the ragged edges.
Some (almost) finished pieces.
The final product!!!
I used the gemstone molds as well as the gauges mold to create a variety of shapes.
