G.h.unk is Proudly joining with entrepreneur/designers,
Wilmarie Lopez Ramos & Rangel Villanueva Valle!!!
We will be embarking on a 6-8 month adventure
during which G.h.unk will be helping bring their line to life!!!
The collection will include five pieces that I will be helping take from sketch to pattern, draft, fitting, and construction of the final product.

I will also be aiding our young entrepreneurs in getting an inside look at the process of starting your own fashion line.
This will include things like choosing textiles, the construction process, and some input on different types of marketing.
Right now we’re still in the beginning phases.
I’ve met with the designers and we narrowed down the sketches
to the final five that we will be taking to completion. (Above)
I’ve begun sketching what the basic patterns will look like,
and muslin has been bought for the drafts.
We’ve got a meeting with a model on Monday to take measurements!!!
Since the completed line will be custom, we will be basing our measurements on one model
as opposed to using a standardized measurement system and then having the garment tailored.
If all goes well on Monday,
we will be able to plug our model’s measurements into the pattern drawings I’ve made
and draft the first round of patterns!!!
