I picked up this awesome Vintage silk scarf top
from the local thrift shop, El Bazaar.
But it came without a tie, and was a little tight around the hips…
So I picked up some cool matching brown cord
and threaded it through the pre-existing hole to make the neck tie.
Then I seam-ripped an inch & 1/2 along each side seam,
folded, ironed, pinned, and sewed it into place
to give it a little more room.

Now it fits perfectly!!!
