Once we were a bit closer to our destination of San Fran, we decided to make Pacifica Beach a Home-base. They had 72hr parking, and we were able to find an overnight spot right next to the beach. Penny Loved waking up to playing frisbee down by the waves. Plus the view there was pretty & the vibe was peaceful.

We even busked right across the street outside the Chit Chat cafe. The staff were receptive and welcoming, their clientele thirsty for live music and Human interaction. It all made for a perfect chill spot while we were in town.

Mussel Rock Open Area became another Home-base while we were around SF. We would spend a night or two at the beach, refill the water and supplies at the Pacifica Safeway, and head up to Mussel Rock for a night or two.

The view from the Wagon was breathtaking, and we found all sorts of special features while we were there.

We discovered a cute little cubby hole someone had built off the hillside trail!!!

We found an abandoned transit station with a big parking lot where we could play lots of fetch with Penny.

It also had a killer Tree Hideout in the back, perfect for climbing or Fairy Tea Parties!!!

During one of our walks, Penny and I discovered a secret rope and rock staircase leading down to the beach.

Penny still doesn’t like going in the water, but she sure does Love exploring and finding hidden treasures!!! 🤩🥳

We also got to spend some Quality Time with my Sis while we were in San Fran!!!

We hadn’t been able to do a proper Christmas because of Covid, so we got together in Pacifica and drove to the local Panera. We were able to FaceTime my Family in Indiana, and got to chat with my parents and Grandparents while opening presents.

Jordan Loved his handmade Kanye shirt from my Sister, and I think Ra liked the type-font-drawing-themed gifts we got her too. It turned out to be perfect timing cuz she had just left her deli job to peruse getting a graphic design position elsewhere. Hopefully the gifts will Help & inspire her!!!

We also made sure we were able to get in a couple good busks while we were around!!! One weekend we went down to Rockaway Beach to try and make some dollars playing music. There’s another cute little tourist trap area, perfect for busking.

We set up outside on the boardwalk near the food court area. It was Awesome to people watch and be able to see the sun and waves while we played. I’d like to think that we we’re enhancing the dining experience for the people eating, and the case agreed!!! 💰

Finally the day had come when we were picking up the pole and heading out of town.

We met Rachael at the Marina park near the Golden Gate Bridge.

We could see the bridge and Alcatraz from the park. She helped us load the pole and we went for In & Out Burger before hitting the road.

After a few final pics & hugs and we were on the road again!!!

We drove all day and arrived at the Redding Railroad spot. It was Great to be outside the city and decompress in the woods near the train tracks!!!

I also got a chance to set up the XStage and give it a go!!!

OMG Mi Encanta!!! What a Great way to Celebrate our Adventures Thru California!!!

I’m so Excited for the Next Chapter!!!
